Existing Clients
Existing clients do not pay a fee if the vacation planning utilizes travel suppliers that recognize our value and compensate us from the gross amount paid (what you would have paid even without our assistance). A fee is required for complicated itineraries that require custom crafting and significant involvement of our domestic or international travel suppliers. We do request a minimal planning fee, and this is to cover our actual time utilized to secure or confirm our client’s complex travel itineraries.

New Clients
New Clients must pay a minimal planning fee. We utilize this as an intent-to-travel fee to begin the planning process. The fee accounts for all time we must use to meet and confer with a new client. To assess client's personal preferences, needs, budget, travel cultural experience, dynamics, and travel requirements. This shows respect for our Travel Advisor consultation time. Many people, not all, will have a Travel Advisor work on their travel arrangement itinerary then go and self-book. That is just unprofessional for all of that hard work. The fee deters self-booking from happening. Paying the planning fee shows that the client values the Travel Advisor’s time and expertise.

Yes, we work within any and all realistic budgets, and an honest sharing of ideas and goals helps us immensely when making recommendations and suggested edits to travel plans. Everyone’s budget’s are different

Your itinerary will be booked directly with a Travel Supplier. Your credit cards are never ever charge by our company directly (unless it is the Planning Fee)

Your reservation can be found in our client portal with your booking documents. As well with the supplier directly with your booking number.

Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many travel itineraries with certain travel suppliers involve non-refundable payments paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes from them.

Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be costly, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. For example, Seniors on Medicare are not covered internationally. Especially with COVID-19, an increasing number of countries require proof of medical insurance for travelers entering their country.

It is best to have some form of written documentation. Please send us a text message as well, especially if this happens after hours. So we can be on the lookout for your email. We will send the formal cancellation paperwork for our records.

After it is all processed, most travel suppliers will send a cancellation number and document. We will forward that to you.
